Who am I?
Hello there! Thanks for checking out my website. My name is Ethan White and I like to define myself as a visual storyteller.
I’ve worked with cameras for years starting with my first short film in 2015 Hacky Balboa (it rocked). I’ve always felt the allure of using this medium for sharing stories, specifically stories that can resonate with an audience and encourage them to get off their phones and engage in the world.
As for some practical skills, I produced and shot many long form fiction shows during my tenure at the University of North Texas. Afterwards, I had been lead grip and lighting tech before moving on to become the company headquarters' camera and lens tech at the rental house MP&E in Dallas.
Currently I am living outside of Austin TX, and working as a full time freelance Assistant Camera and Operator. Let’s make something together.
